Wow, this is crazy! Extremely interesting, definitely loving this blog Jackie! Great information. I'm curious though, what if you work from home? It's easier to "walk around an office" but you can't really do that at home. I mean, you could--however, you might get distracted from your work. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Tricia! I'd say set aside 15 minutes every day as a part of your "lunch break" to go for a quick walk around the block to somehow get active in your home. (For me, I'd opt for a few yoga positions!) I think if you schedule something into your day, you're more inclined to stick to a routine and get less distracted.
